Job description:
· Creating NC programs for CNC Mill/Turn machines.
· Trouble shooting / improving current machining process.
· Tooling design for Milling and Turning processes.
Job requirement:
· Has working experience related to NC Programming. Familiar with Milling and Turning machining processes. Experience with 4/5 axis Mill/Turn machining would be a plus.
· Has working experience on using 3D CAD/CAM software. PTC/Creo or Solidworks, MasterCam. Familiar with Pro/NC Module would be ideal.
· Basic knowledge of using Vericut or other simulating software to verify NC programs.
· Basic knowledge of using PTC/Windchill or other PDM software.
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field, associate's degree must have two more years of related working experience.
