- We are looking for a EV5 Technical Analyst with ADP Enterprise HR v5 or v6 payroll processing expertise
- Provide ADP Enterprise Database schema expertise / SQL execution
- Support US Data Analytics team on ADP reporting (ADPR) on cross-training team members and building new reports
- Partner with payroll teams, vendors, and business partners to provide tactical execution
- Integration testing and design, specifically structured query reporters (SQR’s), payroll vendor ADP, Payroll Governance, internal business units and technical/functional project teams
- Support outbound / inbound Integrations, data conversions, and key testing processes, including but not limited to; user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing, parallel testing, dry-run cutover, and go-Live cutover
- Conceptual understanding of the sequence of events, e.g. setup for next cycle, load time data, pay data entry, prepare for transmission, pre-net registers, release to net, etc.
- Troubleshoot
- Support year end activities; combination of manually executing SQRs via the panel, knowing which jobs to ask ADP to force-start, and constructing & running SQL queries via a tool such as TOAD or SQL Developer
- Provide Payroll Governance with the ESS calendar (AL_ESS) and Pay Frequency Calendar (PGRPFREQ)
