Principal Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Responsibilities:

• Take leadership on green-field projects as well as modernising the existing stack
• Engage with business stakeholders to break down complex and ambiguous problems into technical specifications that an engineering team can implement
• Drive key technical decisions through collaboration/feedback with peers and management team ensuring that decisions align with the broader organisational goals and strategy
• Support the products built through their entire life cycle, including testing, production and incident management
• Learn, model and continuously grow our tooling, processes and engineering culture
• Contribute to hiring and peer development activities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical and non technical peers (product, design, presales, security, support etc.,) in the organisation
• Gain exposure to complex, distributed systems of our sales enablement platform and contribute to the development and improvement of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, problem solving and organisation skills.
• Proven leadership skills demonstrated by having led the development and roll out of multiple projects, and in developing and mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Strong Full stack experience - .Net, C# and RESTful API development and at least one JavaScript based development framework (Angular preferred)
• Deep experience with multiple development frameworks, design patterns, build, deployment and automated testing tools
• Experience with different architecture patterns & appreciation of their trade offs
• Understanding of CI/CD toolchain and Azure cloud development
