- PMO Coordinator
- Primavera Admin experience required (PXO Project Planning Tool: Primavera), must be strong communicator, highly organized, update Primavera for PXO team

Job Description:
This is an immediate opportunity to use your project scheduling, coordination, and administration of PMO tools, if you possess solid leadership; technical, organizational, and communication skills.
Role accountabilities:
- Ability to find the critical path on projects, track appropriate Project Managers for status updates
- Support the detailed scheduling effort for assigned projects within the Primavera project planning tool.
- Professionally interface with internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with PMO Team, Digital Technology Leaders and Engineering teams.
- Ability to independently manage schedule baselines for a project and analyze and forecast business needs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and/or scheduling engineering projects using Primavera P6, or similar project tracking tool (Planview, Clarity PPM)
- Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor project performance
- Proficiency planning and scheduling projects in construction industry
- Works well in a team environment and is self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and reliable
