MS Access Database Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a part time MS Access DBA to support Microsoft Access development and Visual Basic for Applications

· Over the past couple decades, our client has developed ~40 MS Access databases to streamline & support payroll processes. These databases often link to Ev5 production databases to read/write from them. We would need someone to familiarize themselves with this custom development to help support.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees in related fields are often preferred.
• Proven experience with database administration, management, and security protocols for various database management systems (such as MS Access, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ADP Enterprise HR EV5
• Expertise in Visual Basic Development
• Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies and architectures
