- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to drive the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
