Job Description

  Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree, preferred in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience working with various accounting software preferred
  • Experience working with consolidated financial statements and multiple business entities preferred
  • Prepare monthly client billing
  • Make sure all Intercompany transactions are coded, booked, and billed correctly
  • Make sure all reimbursable expenses are coded, booked, and billed correctly
  • Maintain Intercompany billing process
  • Process 3PL A/R
  • Maintain client contracts; cooperate with operations on updating contracts/POs
  • Provide contract language recommendations that facilitate effective and timely receivables
  • Maintain Management input
