Communicate effectively with customers
● Ability to manage multiple customer requests at any given time and track their progress.
● Understand and learn about solar products/equipment
● Provide solutions to align with pain points in the various customers
● Create logical scheduling plans for repair work
● Maintain professionalism under pressure
● Ability to pivot focus and respond to the needs of management quickly
● Maintain client database and records via our CRM
● Consult various teams including sales and marketing and project management.
● Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry
● Coordinate a team of people and ensure they complete daily duties
● Attend weekly department meetings
● Receive feedback and work on it to resolve issues
