Job Description

- Full-charge bookkeeper   

- Reconcile bank accounts, record receipts and disbursements

- Prepare journal entries

- Prepare financial statements

- Process A/P, A/R, Payroll

- Prepare quarterly and annual employer tax returns

- Communicate and corresponds with client in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks experience/knowledge
